The recruitment sector has been challenged during the course of the pandemic and whilst the sectors we recruit for have been resilient, we’ve had to adapt, evolve and remain positive for our clients and candidates.

With innovation as a core value, we used the pandemic as an opportunity to further focus our practice approach into robust markets and build on our customer strategy centred around partnering with the right businesses across high growth industries.

We believe Insight’s people are our competitive advantage, so as a business we further invested in growing the team during the pandemic. By maintaining the highest standards in our selection process and bringing people into a collaborative environment and successful, established markets across our core practices, we have achieved some remarkable results with our new recruits over the last 6 months.

  • This group have a 3-week average time to do a deal
  • There was a collective yield of 2 placements per month each over the last quarter
  • 72% of these deals have been assisted and a result of collaboration across the office

We’re incredibly proud to see that our new additions have integrated so seamlessly and look forward to sharing in their continued success.
