About Anna:

I’m Anna, the new Marketing Manager at Insight Recruitment. I will be responsible for transforming our attraction and lead generation capabilities with our marketing and operations team and stakeholders. I will be the driving force in the effective and innovative methods designed and executed, to maximise brand awareness and sales opportunities for the business and our customers.

What inspired you to work within this industry and why are you excited to work within this sector?

Everything started when I finished my studies in Journalism back in Spain, Barcelona. One of the subjects I enjoyed the most was the one related to Marketing so I decided to change careers. When I moved to Manchester, I did a course and straight away I started working in the industry. During my career I’ve met amazing people that made me love what I was doing and taught me everything I know until now. I love every single step of a marketing plan, from the strategy, to the execution and reporting. I love creating cool content as much as a good excel with plenty of numbers.

Why did you join Insight?

Since I started the application process with Insight it felt like the perfect match, not only for the opportunity I have within the company for my career progression, but also for the values and the vision they have. Diversity and Inclusion is top priority at Insight and that’s something I prioritise when making career decisions.

What’s your background?

Previously I was working in the marketing department for a fitness company. As much as I enjoyed it, I got to a point where I needed new challenges to maximise my knowledge at the same time I continue growing and learning.

To me means being part of a team and environment who will support me in every step of the journey and it’s going to help me to continue progressing in my career and upskilling.
