About Joe:

I’m joining Insight as Contract Lead for the US Market specialising in Cyber Security whilst also building out some longer term project plans for the organisation.

Why are you excited to work within this market?

Being excited to work in this market is simply based on the opportunity the US presents – US Recruitment market size in 2022 was worth 220 Billion USD whilst the UK was worth 18.3 Billion GBP.

Not only is the value of the growing market exciting but the opportunity to work with a large number of world leading corporate organisations whilst placing professionals with the newest technology skillsets.

What’s your background?

My background is based in recruitment working in the UK and in Canada, focusing on the US Market in predominantly Cyber Security but also IT. 

Why did you join Insight?

I joined Insight after some brilliant initial conversations running through the expansion plan and could genuinely see the excitement to get this project started it was infectious and the decision was an easy one to make.

What does Insight’s purpose of Empowering Sustainable Growth mean to you?

Sustainable growth is the understanding that a measured approach will benefit the longevity of an organisation instead of dash in the pan decisions and also allows for team connections and cross business relationships to be made stronger.
