Insight Recruitment was built around software development.

The practice has been one of our core offerings since the beginning of our recruitment journey. It is our most well-established practice and over the years we have evolved our development offering, expanding our team and bringing on-board team members with specialist consultancy experience who have a real foothold on Microsoft & Open Source technologies. We really know the difference between Java and JavaScript!

We provide a truly comprehensive experience encompassing development, engineering and design. And, as the lines between development and other disciplines (DevOps/QA Automation) blur, we’ve been quick to address this and focus on the kind of roles and companies that our candidates and clients are truly looking for.

We work with a variety of companies within the e-commerce & retail, gaming, financial services, healthcare, SAAS, entertainment & media, creative/design, tech and business sectors.

Our primary areas include Microsoft Stack (C#, ASP.Net, SQL), JavaScript frameworks, Open Source (Python, PHP, Ruby), Java, Testing & QA and App Development.

Typical roles will include: Software Developer/Engineers, Technical Leads, Software Testers (Automation & Manual), Front-End Developers and Development Managers.

Our development practice is extremely active in events, both hosting and attending, and this has given us a great understanding of the challenges within this space.
