Here at Insight Recruitment, we’ve invested in expanding our tech team and exploring new markets. Will Plant joins the Insight family in the position of Product & Business Change Practice Lead.

About Will:

I’m Will and I’m a Practice Lead at Insight Recruitment, specialising in the Product & Business Change market. I will be working with Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Change Adoption Managers based within Data, Software Development and IT industries in the UK (North West).

Why are you excited to work within this market?

The impact a properly executed Product & Change practice can have is huge, due to the doors that are opened when it comes to mapping out the makeup of client teams. The added value which you can then add to your clients is huge because of the influence these individuals have on technology teams.

What’s your background?

I worked at Aldi in 2017 before starting my Recruitment Career at Amoria Bond, working across the Design Engineering Market, and then moving onto Change and Transformation in November 2019. Being resilient and having strong communication are two transferable skills that I have learnt from my previous experiences.

Why did you join Insight?

Insight has a highly collaborative culture which puts people first with a true care about individual goals, talents, skills and weaknesses and how we can all continue to grow.

What does Insight’s purpose of Empowering Sustainable Growth mean to you?

Growth is everything, be it personal or professional. Growth without sustainability leads to burnout, slumps and long-term failure. A company that advocates that clearly has an eye on the future which creates a platform that is vital for individual success.

Describe yourself in three words…

  1. Resilient
  2. Collaborative
  3. Tenacious
