Here at Insight Recruitment, we’re excited to strengthen our ever-expanding Tech team with our newest addition. Oliver Bayley joins the Insight family in the position of Cloud & DevOps Recruitment Consultant.

About Oliver:

I’m Oliver and I’m a Recruitment Consultant at Insight, specialising in the Cloud & DevOps market. I will be working with DevOps, Platform and Cloud Engineers based within a wide variety of UK industries including IT, Computer Software and Security.

Why are you excited to work within this market?

The Cloud & DevOps market is exciting as I get to work with clients and candidates that are building the future. Cloud and AI systems are developing for the future, and this allows me to be a part of this fast growing and fast paced environment.

What’s your background?

I am a Business Management graduate with 10 years of experience in Hospitality Management. I also have 6 months of experience in Tech Sales Recruitment. I have gained many transferable skills from my previous experiences which can be applied to my new role at Insight, such as working within a team, working in a fast paced environment and managing clients & candidates.

Why did you join Insight?

The company values aligned with how I want to work within the industry, as well as the progression prospects both personally and for the firm itself!

Furthermore, working with a strong team that are achieving new heights weekly was appealing to me and I was very keen to join them on this upward curve.
