Here at Insight Recruitment, we’re excited to further expand and strengthen our Engineering team. Tilly Bradshaw joins the Insight family in the position of Trainee Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Data Centre industry.

About Tilly:

I’m Tilly and I’m a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Insight Recruitment, specialising in the Data Centre Industry. I will be working with QA/QC engineers, supervisors and managers based in the UK & Europe.

Why are you excited to work within this market?

The data centre market is constantly growing year on year within the UK and Europe giving the potential for more opportunities for the expansion of recruitment. I am looking forward to being a part of this within a growing company!

What’s your background?

I ‘ve had quite a few different jobs. From working on a farm in Australia, to then working in sales selling car warranties.

I have also been self-employed doing nails in my last venture – I missed the prospects of sales so now I’m here!

I’m new to the recruitment industry and I’m looking forward to growing my experience and knowledge.

Why did you join Insight?

I was interested in starting a career within recruitment and Insight seemed to be the best match for me based on its outlook and culture.

I appreciate the fact they strive to provide an empowering competitive environment which can further help me grow within the industry and progress in my role through the personalised training they provide.

I look forward to working within a smaller team of like-minded people in a modern comfortable workspace.
