As Global Head of Sourcing and Strategic Hiring, he is responsible for the strategic direction, growth and overall delivery outcomes, of ThoughtWorks Global Sourcing Centre (CoE) Business (located in Pune, India) and Global Strategic Hiring Team (Located in UK, NA and India).

Neil has 16 years’ experience within the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition industry. He began his career within external agencies before moving into global corporate recruitment and has predominantly focussed on technology, both as a recruitment market and subsequently in moving into leadership and executive-level roles.
