Rhonda is the Founder of Mental Health In Recruitment, Champion for workplace wellbeing and creator of self-help tool Titanic Thinking. Mental Health in Recruitment supports the recruitment industry to drive positive change to the understanding of mental health issues in order to improve lives and improve business.

Rhonda has worked in the industry for 23 years and as an advocate for mental health support in the recruitment workplace since 2013. Now recognised as a thought leader in this space, she is on a mission to change the way we talk about mental health, encourage leaders to move from awareness to action, and most importantly, improve lives.
