Client Challenge:

Our client urgently required a HSE consultant with expertise in project Design phases. However, finding the right candidate was proving challenging as proficiency in the German language was a prerequisite as this was the primary language spoken within their team. With their internal team unable to find a German-speaking EHS Design Lead, Insight was engaged to avoid project delays & secure a consultant by October 2024.

Insight maintains a bench of ready-to-deploy, qualified professionals who possess the requisite exposure to EHS Design and are fluent in German. After the careful evaluation and internal screening of 76 consultants, we provided our client with a select few of our strongest consultants; an offer was extended to a HSE professional who proved to be an excellent fit. This successful consultant commenced their role in a timely manner, aligning with our client's project schedule.
