The Opportunity

They're hiring a Strategic Sales Executive to help us accelerate enterprise adoption. You’ll be joining a lean and high-performing sales team led by a rising sales leader and will play a key role in shaping our go-to-market efforts as we scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a track record of sourcing and closing complex, high-value deals.

 

Your Role

  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach (if needed) to close, with a focus on 6–7 figure enterprise contracts
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior decision-makers in logistics, warehousing, and adjacent sectors
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams and sales engineering to ensure successful customer outcomes
  • Represent the company externally and help shape our evolving enterprise sales strategy

 

What We're Looking For

  • 5–12 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably with a background in SaaS or technical products
  • Demonstrated success closing large deals in complex sales cycles
  • Startup or scrappy environment experience is highly valued—ability to operate independently with minimal resources is critical
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and pain points; strong consultative selling approach
  • Bonus: Exposure to robotics, machine learning, logistics, or warehouse tech
  • Not a Head of Sales role—initial focus is on execution, but leadership potential is a plus
  • Must be comfortable reporting into the current sales team lead and collaborating with a small but growing team
  • Remote-friendly, U.S.-based preferred

 

Compensation

  • $150k base salary
  • $180k OTE with uncapped upside
