Insight are partnered with a leading innovator in robotics, looking for a high-energy Robotics Technician to help transform blueprint concepts into high-performance physical systems.

If you thrive in a hands-on lab environment and want to own the hardware lifecycle - from precision soldering to full-scale prototype assembly - this role is for you.

You’ll work with a world-class hardware team to build, test, and refine next-generation consumer robots, ensuring every subsystem is built for reliability and peak performance.

What you need:

• ~5 years of experience as a technician in robotics, mechatronics, or consumer hardware development.
• Proficiency with hand tools, soldering, cable harness assembly, and standard lab test equipment.
• Hands-on experience fabricating and modifying mechanical components; 3D CAD and PCB layout skills.
• Ability to triage, diagnose, and resolve complex electro-mechanical issues during the build and testing phases.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee equipment calibration, inventory, and maintain a safe, efficient prototyping workspace.
