MEP Project Construction Manager – Norway

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced MEP Project Construction Manager to join a major data centre project in Norway.

Working closely with the Project Director, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management, coordination and delivery of the project, ensuring construction activities are progressing safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.

We’re looking for someone with strong construction project management experience and a proven track record of delivering projects across the full construction lifecycle. Data centre experience isn’t essential, so we’re keen to speak with candidates from other complex construction environments who have the right experience.

Key Details

• Location: Norway

• Rate: €10,000–€12,000 net per month

• Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off

• Holiday Pay: 10.2% on top of monthly net pay

• Accommodation: Serviced accommodation provided, shared with up to two others

• Vehicle & Fuel: Provided and covered

• Contract Duration: Current project phase runs until February, with the wider MEP team expected to have work until September 2027

• Start Date: ASAP

• Flights: Not provided

• Right to Work: EU passport or existing right to work in Norway required

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience in construction project management, ideally within MEP or complex construction projects

• Experience managing construction activities from planning through to completion and handover

• Confident coordinating subcontractors, site teams and project stakeholders

• Able to work closely with the Project Director to drive progress and resolve site-level challenges

• Strong understanding of programme management, quality, health and safety, and project delivery

• Available to start at short notice and commit to the 3:1 rotation
