Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager (M&E – Mechanical Bias)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical scope from procurement through to commissioning. This role is critical to ensuring that programme milestones, cost controls, and quality standards are consistently met across a variety of high-performance construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of mechanical systems, including HVAC, chilled water, and fire protection systems
• Coordinate installation works and design reviews with relevant stakeholders
• Lead regular subcontractor meetings and track on-site progress
• Ensure adherence to health & safety protocols and QA/QC procedures for mechanical works
• Oversee and support the smooth handover of mechanical systems into commissioning
• Collaborate effectively with electrical and project teams for integrated delivery

Requirements:

• Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 7+ years’ experience managing mechanical packages in complex, fast-paced environments
• Solid understanding of high-specification mechanical systems in technically demanding sectors
• Familiarity with BIM processes, RAMS documentation, and commissioning standards
