HSE Manager – Pharmaceutical Project
Location: North Switzerland

Insight are partnered with a global leading pharmaceutical organisation delivering a new production facility in the north of Switzerland. We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety and Environmental activities on a major construction project, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all site Health, Safety and Environmental activities

• Ensure compliance with Swiss regulations and project safety standards

• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments

• Manage incident investigations and corrective actions

• Deliver HSE training, inductions and toolbox talks

• Promote a strong safety culture across contractors and project teams

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in Health & Safety

• Proven construction project experience

• Experience working on large industrial or pharmaceutical projects preferred

• Fluent German and English
