HSE Manager

Insight are partnered with a leading construction organisation delivering a large-scale data centre project in Finland and are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental performance across the site.

This role will take responsibility for implementing and managing HSE strategy, ensuring the project is delivered safely while maintaining compliance with regulatory and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site-wide HSE strategy and safety performance

• Oversee implementation of health, safety and environmental management systems

• Ensure compliance with local legislation, project standards, and safety policies

• Review risk assessments, method statements and permit systems

• Lead site inspections, audits, and incident investigations

• Promote a strong safety culture across contractors and project teams

Requirements

• Degree or qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety or similar

• 7+ years’ HSE experience within large construction or data centre projects

• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance

• Proven experience leading HSE teams on major construction sites

• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
