Field Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on Field Engineer to deploy and support robotic systems across the U.S. (60% travel required)

You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, work directly with customers, and ensure smooth operation of hardware in the field.

You'll:
- Install, operate, and repair robotic machinery on-site
- Provide technical support and training to end customers
- Document service actions and communicate with engineering teams

We're looking for:
- Experience with field deployments and troubleshooting complex systems
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in outdoor environments with heavy equipment
- Authorized to work in the US
