Construction Manager

US-Wide Travel Required

Insight are seeking a tech-forward Construction Manager to lead the on-site deployment of autonomous robotics on utility-scale solar projects. You will be the "bridge" between the robotics team and traditional EPC partners, ensuring advanced tech integrates seamlessly into standard site workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Site Superintendents to integrate robotic schedules into the master project plan.
• Manage site logistics, material staging, and equipment prep to ensure robots operate at peak efficiency.
• Enforce OSHA standards and specialized human-robot safety protocols.
• Resolve spatial and scheduling conflicts on-the-fly with creative, "out-of-the-box" solutions.
• Document daily output and provide feedback to internal engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Utility-Scale Solar (CM, Superintendent, or PM).
• Deep understanding of heavy machinery (e.g., pile drivers, trenchers).
• Enthusiastic about automation and comfortable using software to manage field ops.
• Ability to translate technical needs to traditional crews and EPC leadership.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred

This is a 100% on-site field role across various US project sites. You will be outdoors, on-site, and hands-on.
