About Steven:

I am a Recruitment Consultant specialising in hiring React developers on both short or long term contracts with businesses across the South of England. I work with Front-end, Full-stack & also Back-end developers, helping them secure roles at some of the largest corporations in the UK. I also work with smaller start-up companies that require developers to help with their business needs.

Why are you excited to work within this market?

My market is very fast-paced & competitive, which is something I thrive off. The React market is also very up and coming, with companies having a high demand for developers experienced in React.

What’s your background?

I have a sporty background and was a personal trainer for several years. After Covid, I decided to change my career path and went into the world of recruitment. Over the last year, I have been working in Education Recruitment, working with numerous multi-academy trusts recruiting teachers and support staff across London.

Why did you join Insight?

My main reason for joining Insight was the clear & structured progression plan from Recruitment Consultant all the way to Senior Director level. I also wanted to join a big team of likeminded professionals who have the same drive for success as I do.
