Here at Insight Recruitment, we continue to maintain our growth plans and strengthen our Tech division with the arrival of a new team member. Robert Milarvie joins the Insight family in the position of Delivery Consultant.

About Rob:

I’m Rob and I’m the new Delivery Consultant at Insight Recruitment, specialising in the PHP & WordPress Development market. I will be working with Software Engineers and Web Developers across the UK with a particular focus in the Northwest.

Why are you excited to work within this market?

It’s a completely new experience in a field that is constantly evolving and is essential to everyday life. There is always something new to learn in this market.

What’s your background?

I have previously worked as a Paralegal at two different law firms in Manchester. Although I have no previous recruitment experience, I have gained many transferable skills from my previous career that will help me exceed in my new role at Insight, such as having a professional telephone etiquette and being able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several portfolios.

Why did you join Insight?

Insight offers many opportunities for career progression which was appealing to me, also their supportive culture and recognition of success aligned with my values.
