Here at Insight Recruitment, we’re excited to strengthen and grow our Tech team with our newest addition. Kaya Bryant joins the Insight family in the position of Cloud & DevOps Recruitment Consultant.

About Kaya:

I’m Kaya and I’m a Recruitment Consultant at Insight, specialising in the Cloud & DevOps market. I will be working with DevOps, Platform and Cloud Engineers based within a wide variety of UK industries including IT, Computer Software and Security.

Why are you excited to work within this market?

The Cloud & DevOps industry is currently in such high demand and is constantly growing, it excites me to find out how far the market will go in the near future as well as seeing how my role will vary.

What’s your background?

I have a wealth of experience in sale support roles focusing on delivery and output, more recently moving into a sale development role for my previous company within the recruitment industry. My previous experiences dealing with clients and opening doors into new businesses will be a transferable skill set when helping to find opportunities for candidates.

Why did you join Insight?

I identified that I wanted more involvement with candidates to build lasting relationships, and once meeting some of the team at Insight it was an easy choice to make the move. The supportive, driven and innovative outlook matched my own values and drivers, giving me the feeling that I will not only succeed and grow but feel happy here.

What does Insight’s purpose of Empowering Sustainable Growth mean to you?

I always believe we can learn something new so there is always room for growth, and this will help me to be successful and develop as a consultant.
