Here at Insight Recruitment, we’re excited to further grow our UK Tech team as we aim to explore new markets. Josh Fairhurst joins the Insight family in the position of Recruitment Consultant for our Client Solutions market.

About Josh:

I’m joining Insight as a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Client Solutions. I will mainly be working with Cloud, DevOps & Development professionals & a wide variety of clients/industries across the UK.

Why are you excited to work within this market?

The most exciting thing about my area is that we can help clients deliver their recruitment goals through full partnership and solution. We want to do more than just fill jobs; we want to offer our expertise to help clients with their full candidate attraction strategy within IT.

What’s your background?

I have a 6 years of experience in recruitment & have specialised in IT delivery and account management my whole career. I bring plenty of expertise to Insight as I have previously looked after the delivery of up to 400 hires in a year on big accounts. I also have great relationship building skills & a solid understanding of an entire MSP/RPO solution.

Why did you join Insight?

The progression within the role appealed to me massively. Progression is to lead the client solutions team in a new direction with a focus more on account development and growth.

Empowering sustainable growth means to work as a partner with our clients to implement a long-term hiring solution to help aid them on their journey. This would mean successful growth through a sustainable model with a recruitment company who has a real interest in helping the end client succeed.
