About Emily:

Hi, I’m Emily and I am a Recruitment Consultant at Insight and I specialise in Data and Analytics. I will be working with Data Engineers across the UK and with a client-base in Europe.

Why are you excited to work within this market?

I’m excited to work in this market because there is a huge demand for engineers, creating the potential for growth as a company and a hot market to work in. This gives me the opportunity to source an excellent pipeline of candidates and clients.

What’s your background?

Previously, I have worked in sales and customer service. I have the ability to build strong relationships and I have great communication skills. Working at Insight as a Recruitment Consultant is my first role within this industry. So, I’m excited to learn from my colleagues.

Why did you join Insight?

I joined Insight because they are an industry leader in IT and Engineering recruitment with an excellent reputation with both clients and employees. They are expanding their footprint globally and encourage growth and development for their employees. As such, I am excited to start my career at Insight.
