About Leanne:

I’m Leanne and I occupy the role of Business Operations Director at Insight Recruitment. I will be working with Insight’s Support team to help strategically align business operations across the office and improve the efficiency of all business processes, as well as maintain company growth in the UK and internationally.

What are you most looking forward to at Insight / why did you join Insight?

The opportunity to innovate, have new growth-focused conversations and to move away from healthcare recruitment. P.S. the interview/welcoming process I went through was the best I’ve encountered, which made accepting the offer an easy decision.

What’s your background?

I was a freelance dance and gymnastics teacher for a number of years after college until my Mum said “you need a job that gets you out of bed before 10am!”… the rest is history as they say!

From then I’ve pretty much been in the Recruitment industry my entire professional life. I started in Healthcare Recruitment as a part time admin assistant, stayed in the industry for 11 years across 2 companies and worked in a number of roles throughout that time; compliance officer, recruitment consultant, branch manager, operations manager and business services director for the most recent 4 years.

My claim to fame is that I danced for Rita Ora on X Factor back in my dancing days.
