About Meagan:

Hi, I’m Meg and I’m an Associate Recruitment Consultant at Insight Recruitment, specialising in the Mission Critical Data Centres Industry. I will be working with QAQC engineers within the UK and Ireland, focusing on the construction industry.  

Why are you excited to work within this market?

It is exciting for me to work within the Data Centre Industry as it is one of the quickest developing markets in Europe which means there is a lot of opportunity to grow & expand as a company!

What’s your background?

I’ve never worked in recruitment before, but I’m really excited to get my foot in the door.

I’ve worked in sales (door-to-door and telesales), initially within the energy sector, then charity & insurance. Very different industries but I can chat the ear off anyone, so I don’t mind!

Why did you join Insight?

A big thing for me was culture. Through speaking to people working here, I could tell there was something really thriving. I also want to progress within my role & I felt Insight was the right place to do so.
