Why did you join Insight?
Insights values resonate so strongly with my own values, and from initial chats to my first day at work it was very clear that the management team and all employee’s live by the values too. Also, the on-boarding process here at Insight was fantastic!
What does Insight’s purpose of Empowering Sustainable Growth mean to you?
Growth is one of the main things you need to succeed and is driven by a desire to make a difference, something which is incredibly important to me within my career and personal life. I particularly love Insight’s mentality of “being relationship focused, and not transactional in approach”.
