About Benjamin:

I’m Benjamin and I’m a HSE Consultant at Insight Recruitment, specialising in the Data Centre Industry. I will be working with Health & Safety Advisors, Managers and Directors, recruiting for Data Centres based in the UK & Europe.

Why are you excited to work within this market?

The Data Centre industry is one of the fastest growing markets in Europe with plenty of opportunity for us to expand, which is an exciting prospect for me to be involved in!

What’s your background?

I haven’t worked outside of recruitment, so I don’t know any different.

Ever since I finished college, I was reluctant to be offered a role within Recruitment and I haven’t looked back ever since!

I now have 5 years of recruitment experience, starting off my career dealing within the Sales industry and then moved into the Engineering sector working with Maintenance Engineers in the Food/FMCG industry.

Why did you join Insight?

I didn’t feel like I could reach my full potential with my previous role but after having a few conversations and seeing what Insight can offer, it was a no-brainer.

Everyone I met seemed to have the same ambition as me to become successful and being around like-minded people will help me achieve my personal goals which is exactly why I am excited to see what my future holds here!
