Job Title - Quantity Surveyor 
Location - Ruslip, London 
Salary - £50,000-64,000 per annum

Overview: Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on a substation project installing high voltage cables in Ruslip. 

Responsibilities:

• Managing commercial activities ethically while maintaining a competitive edge
• Reviewing and assessing risks and opportunities
• Ensuring accurate month-end CVR reporting
• Overseeing cost monitoring, pricing, and procurement
• Developing and applying commercial systems and procedures
• Supporting the financial health and cash flow of projects

Qualifications:

• Degree/HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
• Experience working within a Civil Engineering contractor
• Experience with Either NEC or JCT contract types
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Someone with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
