Job Title: Pharmaceutical Construction - Project Manager
Location: Netherlands
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all project phases are aligned with the company’s objectives.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with Dutch building codes, environmental regulations, and pharmaceutical industry standards, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality control measures throughout the construction process. Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the specified quality standards.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project timeline and budget. Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project plans accordingly.

Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and ensure the project stays within budget. Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including senior management, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues that arise.

Team Leadership: Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including construction managers, engineers, and site supervisors. Foster a collaborative and safety-first work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch building regulations, environmental laws, and GMP standards.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
