Insight Into… Ibiza Incentive!

Whilst our souls might still be in Ibiza, our feet are planted firmly back on British soil! After an incredible 4 days on the White Isle as a team, this week it was back to business as we set about working towards our biggest September yet! From the memories we managed to piece together between us, here’s a little Insight Into our Ibiza incentive…

Thursday begun the way every holiday worth going on should –pre-flight drinking! Following a quick flight, it was straight from the plane to the West End in San Antonio for endless rounds of shots and cocktails. Clearly the alcohol brought out some people’s inner pop stars as we headed to Shenanigans, an Irish karaoke bar, to belt out some tunes. A true highlight came in the form of Danielle and Jacks stand out rendition of Natasha Bedingfield’s ‘Unwritten’. The more hardcore among us then went on to Amnesia for Abode – do not sleep!

Following a wild first night in party paradise, it was on to Nassau Beach Club for a fabulous day of endless champagne cocktails, sunshine and chilled vibes. After a glorious afternoon by the sea, we all got glammed up and headed into Ibiza Town before going on to Pacha for Hot Since 82.

What better way to mark the half way point of our trip than VIP for ANTS @ Ushuaia? Unanimously voted everyone’s favourite day, it was an incredible experience that we’ll all remember for a very long time to come, partying long into the night as a team!

Like the troopers we are, Sunday was spent by the pool and at a sports bar with beers in hand and drinking challenges under our belts for what felt like round 148. Slightly drunk and slightly jaded, it was time to head back to the airport come Sunday evening. Unbelievably, we all made the flight and perhaps even more unbelievably, we all made it back to Manchester in one piece (just)!

Whilst the hangovers have subsided, and the truly unforgettable trip has been consigned to memories for another year, what remains is the spirit of everyone here working together to create something special at Insight.
